A unique selling proposition (USP ) refers to the characteristics of a company's products and services and the company itself that make it unique on the market.

How do I identify my unique selling proposition?

In order to work out your own unique selling proposition, you should find out why customers should buy from a company. Employees and existing customers can also be asked about this. The unique selling points should then also be communicated openly. Examples of unique selling points:

  • Products with free shipping
  • Products in organic quality
  • Certifications
